About Me
Hi, I'm Deborah – the heart behind this space where mental health meets wellness. As a divorced mom of two on my own healing journey, I've navigated the highs and lows, building resilience.
Currently studying applied psychology in Zürich, my life is a mix of personal victories, setbacks and aha moments (thanks, Oprah!), all amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood. I love it both. Light and shadow. It belongs to our very existence, I feel.
My mission? To create a healing experience that connects your mind with your soul. Join me on a path of self-discovery, empowerment and well being.
I'm passionate about understanding people and the intricacies of trauma and my true love is the transformative journey of healing.
I focus on fostering empathy, exploring the human experience, and guiding others on their path to restoration.

My approach is rooted in grounded calmness, blending deep insight with a light, modern touch. It’s where mysticism meets the empowered 21st-century woman. I work with the body as a gateway to the mind, combining energy healing and aromatherapy/ accupressure to create a holistic path to balance and well-being.
Personally, I adore my family, pastel colors, cappuccinos, Monet's art, Vivaldi's music, and great stories. I'm a cat (and dog) lover at heart, enchanted by symbols and the richness of deep human connection.
